products. At Ohana Swimwear, we are doing our part by ensuring that Africans from all walks of
life have access to swimwear that gives them the confidence to step into the water. We have done
our best to create swimwear that celebrates African heritage through the combination of bold
colors, prints and latest fabrics to create modern designs influenced by emerging International
trends. It is a highly inventive brand drawing inspiration from traditions and cultures and seeks to
celebrate all body shapes and sizes.
Neema Nkatha Kinoti is the Founder and CEO of Ohana Family Wear Limited. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration, Finance from United States International University-Africa (USIU) in 2018. She founded her company when she was twenty
three years old. She has had working experience at Fusion Capital in the area of Investment and Fund management. She has also worked with Versatile Insurance Agency as a sales agent. Through interaction with entrepreneurs both in the family and out there, she has been looking forward to develop her company. Her opportunity came when she was looking to travel with her friends to Europe and she could not find any authentic African branded swimwear in the country. Thus her brand Ohana Swimwear was born. Within the years she has managed to expand her collection and have a market outreach in EAC and Africa and across the world.
